[Changes in the phospholipid and prostaglandin levels in chronic diseases of the biliary tract]

Popis:	A study of 179 patients with functional and organic diseases of the bile tract revealed that changes of the blood phospholipids and their spectra in the blood is observed at more early stages of the disease, functional pathology and that an increased PGE2/PGF2 indicates a deficit of polyunsaturated fatty acids and prevalence of the processes of break-up of prostaglandins over their synthesis.
