Popis:	The main methods of organizing the information technology for medical documentation keeping, registration and processing are considered. Suggestions are made of a new information technology which expects to make use of personal computers and is based on built-in logical trees of various medico-biological information most frequently used in the department of the given profile. A description is provided of the first version of the system which is realizing the technology on IBM PC HT/AT computer.
