Popis:	We report the case of a 46-year old man who presented with symptomatic myopathy. Muscle biopsy revealed epithelioid granulomas consistent with sarcoidosis. The patient had no symptoms other than those of muscle involvement. He responded well to a moderate dose of corticosteroid. We discuss the differential diagnosis of this rare illness.
