Influence of different doses of phenol on some biological and morphological indices of rat blood was studied. It has been established that glucose and total protein concentration decreased, but beta-lipoprotein concentration increased in response to intraperitoneal injection of xenobiotic. The morphological study of structural indices of blood formed elements has demonstrated that intensively of the defensive response of blood formed elements was phenol dose-dependent. It has been established that major concentration of above-mentioned xenobiotic generate destruction of blood formed elements. |
