[Frontal bone aneurysmal cyst. Case report]

Popis:	Aneurysmal bone cysts are very rare in the calvaria. We are reporting a 23 year old white male with a very large right frontal aneurysmal bone cyst and a large follow-up period. The MRI findings--a multiloculated expansive tumor with fluid levels inside--are almost pathognomonic for this lesion. Radical surgery was curative for this patient.
