Popis: The Paget disease is a chronic osteodystrophy of unknown etiology, very frequent in 50 years of age and above. It's an anatomo-radiologic syndrome that sometimes, is accompanied by clinical symptoms. May be monostotic or polyostotic but never generalized. Occasionally it affects the temporal bone producing deafness, tinnitus and vertigo. We report a case with important temporal bone demineralization, deafness and vertigo.
