Popis:	The results of treatment of 129 patients with acute suppurative lactic mastitis are presented. In severe forms of the disease, the use of combined antibiotic therapy+ permits to shorten the duration of in-patient treatment from 13.5 to 10.3 days, prevent the disease recurrence.
