Popis: The significance of the anesthetic management in prevention of the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) was studied in 79 patients operated for severe-course gestosis. The results denoted that the used tactics of infusion epidural anesthesia, based on a combined application of the hyperosmolar sodium chloride solution, hydroxyethylized starch and crystalloids, contributed to a fast development of mechanisms of urgent hemostasis adaptation of female patients with severe gestosis at surgical treatment stages. Stabilized hemodynamics as well as better hemocoagulation and rheology blood properties were registered, which verified the efficiency of the anesthetic management within the prevention scheme of SIRS in female patients with severe postoperative gestosis.
