Popis: Crisis response teams are becoming a standard operating procedure for most United States military organizations and for many military organizations outside the U.S. This paper describes the establishment of one specific Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team designed to provide psychological support during crisis, disasters, traumas, and other critical incidents that may be encountered in a Navy Marine Corps environment.
