Popis:	This report is about four female patients admitted to our hospital because of pain, dysaesthesia and paraesthesia following endoscopic release of the carpal tunnel, who underwent revisional surgery. Intraoperatively, we found a partial lesion of the median nerve in two cases and an incomplete release of the ligament in the remaining two cases. The complete decompression and epineurotomy of the median nerve and a nerve graft in two patients resulted in clinical improvement.
