Popis:	Authors analyse from the viewpoint of instability the radiological data of the fractures of the distal end of the radius. They state that the redislocation in conservative treatment is a process going together with the healing of the fracture, the measure of which is determined first of all by the instability. To achieve better results, in unstable fractures, attention is called to the necessity of operative treatment.
