Popis:	Twenty adnexal tumors have been discovered between 7 and 16 years old girls. With few exceptions, the sonographic appearance in nonspecific. They were grouped in four categories: teratomas, cystadenomas, adnexal torsions, polycystic diseases. Surgery with be discussed upon consideration of age, clinical signs and sonography, and diagnostic emergency will be emphasized in case of acute adnexal torsion.
