Popis:	The effect of intravenous administration of lactate dehydrogenase (5000 E/kg) on some metabolic parameters was investigated. The hyperenzymemia was accompanied by changes of metabolite content (glutamate, 2-oxoglutarate, lactate, dihydroxyacetone phosphate) and enzyme activities (aldolase, lactate dehydrogenase, transaminase) in heart, liver and skeletal muscles. Intravenously administered tritiated lactate dehydrogenase was preferentially found in skeletal muscles, liver, kidneys and some other organs.
