[Sedimentation-biochemical method of determination of sedimentation constants and molecular masses of enzymes]

Popis:	The sedimentation-biochemical method of determination of enzymes' sedimentation coefficients and estimation of their molecular masses based on the Tiselius' transport technique is discussed. The method permits to determine the sedimentation coefficients of enzyme in the starting mixtures without their preliminary purification. The use of different substrats permits to carry out the studying of several enzymes simultaneously. The frameworks of the method are discussed.
