| Popis: | More than thirty years after its description, the cross finger flap is still widely in use. Its main technical data are reviewed. The follow-up show that this procedure remains indicated in deep losses of substance of the palmar aspect of the basal or middle phalanx. Its use on the terminal phalanx remains controversial, but it is still useful when elaborated microsurgical procedures are contraindicated or not available. |
