[Invasive bladder cancer with concomitant carcinoma in situ treated with chemoradiotherapy followed by BCG intravesical infusion therapy to preserve the bladder : report of three cases]

Popis:	Three patients with invasive bladder cancer and concomitant carcinoma in situ were treated sequentially with chemoradiotherapy followed by BCG intravesical infusion therapy to preserve the bladder. Local complete response was achieved in all patients, although lymph node metastasis was noted in one patient. The multimodality therapy could be safely administered without acute or late complications, including decreased bladder capacity.
