In experiments on cats the effect of neurotropic drugs on the baroreceptor reflexes changes produced by stimulation of the hypothalamus was investigated. It is shown that diazepam, pentobarbital and oxylidin decrease vasomotor responses under hypothalamic stimulation not only because of the depression of the descending activation of the spinal cord vasomotor neurones processes, but also as a result of suppression of the baroreceptor reflexes hypothalamic regulation. Clonidine and dopegyt had no influence on the baroreflexes hypothalamic regulation. |
