Popis:	Although endometrioid carcinoma constitutes the second most common type of primary ovarian adenocarcinoma, the sertoliform variant is rarely encountered. We describe a case of this rare ovarian carcinoma which mimics a Sertoli cell tumour in its pathological appearance.
