The department of pneumology of the Erasme hospital exists since 25 years. The basic clinical activities include pulmonary function testing (7,500 patients per year), endoscopy, including interventional endoscopy (1,500 patients per year), thoracic oncology, allergology, rehabilitation and aid to smoking cessation.
