| Popis: | Aortocaval fistula is a rare phenomenon which has both acute and chronic clinical presentations. Its diagnosis and treatment are difficult and it presents a surgical challenge of the first degree, requiring intensive perioperative care. A patient with an aortocaval fistula is described. It was found during emergency operation for a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. |
