A solid-phase competitive enzyme immunoassay for measurements of barbiturates in biologic tissues of human body was developed. Antibodies to barbiturate derivatives, obtained by rabbit immunization with conjugated antigen (barbamyl conjugate with ovalbumin) were used as reagents in the assay. Together with the chromatographic procedures the developed EIA may be used in practical forensic medicine and narcology. |
