Digestive bleeding is a rare complication of jejunal diverticulas whose diagnosis and treatment are difficult. We report a case of hematochezia whose origin was not determined by endoscopic investigations. Coelio-mesenteric arteriography showed a leakage of contrast medium from a jejunal arterial branch and allowed a successful embolization of the arterial branches feeding the bleeding point. |
