Popis:	There is little in the literature on the topographic and/or applied surgical anatomy related to superior based pharyngeal flap surgery. Herein we report on the applied surgical anatomy of pharyngeal flap surgery, especially as it applies to critical anatomic relationships to vessels, muscles, and nerves.
