Popis: | The implantation of metal stents in the ureter is an alternative therapeutic option for treating ureteral strictures of different origins. We report the case of a female patient who was treated with a ureteral wall stent because of stenosis caused by radiotherapy. Subsequently the stent migrated into the bladder and led to incrustation and stone formation. This finally led to development of a vesicovaginal fistula and bladder perforation into the os pubis. |
