Popis: | The true cause of intracranial hemorrhage in moyamoya disease has not been clarified. Magnification cerebral angiograms were reviewed for seven patients. In four, small saccular aneurysms were seen arising from abnormally dilated collateral vessels or feeding arteries. This study suggests that aneurysms may be a source of hemorrhage in addition to the generally accepted rupture from abnormally dilated collateral vessels. |
