In recent years, the increase in the number of cases of postural asphyxia has gradually attracted the attention and discussion of forensic scientists domestically and internationally, but a systematic, comprehensive and recognized expert consensus and identification standard has not been established at home and abroad. This paper reviews the case characteristics, occurrence, mechanism of death, and identification criteria of postural asphyxia, to provide reference for future research.近年来，体位性窒息案例报道的增加逐渐引起国内外法医学者们的关注和研究，但目前国内外对体位性窒息尚未形成一个系统、全面、公认的专家共识和鉴定标准。本文综述了体位性窒息的案例特点、发生情况、死亡机制、鉴定标准等，以期为后续研究提供参考。. |
