Discusses the problems of public health reformation using the so-called new social contract, put forward in Russia by J. Rice, heading the ZdravReform program. Based on analysis of the socio-hygienic conditions of family creation and birth of the first child, the authors propose the following assumption: creation of a family and appearance of the first child is one factor occupying a special place within the framework of the new social contract and validate this assumption by the data of their sociomedical research. |
