| Popis: | With the ICOPE programme, the nurses received specific, theoretical and practical, training, that enabled them to broaden their field of competence. This approach has enabled them to expand and consolidate professional cooperation networks and to consolidate their, crucial, position in prevention in the broad sense of the term with the elderly. The aim of the Icope programme is to offer long-term monitoring of the senior citizen, as part of his or her life project. |
