Popis:	A study of 108 patients with chronic obstructive lung diseases revealed in 36 of them concomitant hypertensive disease. This association is accompanied by a benign course of each of these diseases. A study of the central hemodynamics showed the presence of hemodynamic changes typical of hypertensive disease.
