Because of tonsillogenic intoxication, chronic tonsillitis (CT) impairs reproductive system of women of childbearing age. This may result in dysmenorrhea. CT patients often have hormonal disorders, especially in decompensated CT. Women with dysmenorrhea should be sent for consultation to ENT specialist who will conduct necessary treatment. |
