Popis:	Multilayer transplants made up of an ultrathin allocartilaginous plate (an internal layer), autofascia of musculus temporalis (an intermediate layer) and stored amnion (an external layer) were used to eliminate extensive perforations of the tympanic membrane. The transplantation resulted in high proportion of the graft takes with a considerable improvement of hearing.
