Popis:	In a search for new anthelmintic compounds, a,beta-unsaturated ketones and amides were synthetized. Their anthelmintic activity was tested against two gastrointestinal worms, a nematode Syphacia obvelata and a cestode Hymenolepis nana. Structure-activity relationships are discussed.
