Popis:	We report a case of Lemierre syndrome with extensive thrombophlebitis of the internal jugular and subclavian veins with multiple septic emboli to the lungs and pericardium. This report illustrates a case of this forgotten disease in a child and the unusual presence of pericardial involvement.
