Development of hypoxic hypoxia in stenosis of the larynx and cervical trachea of different etiology leads to respiratory insufficiency and bioenergetic impairment. Investigation of blood gas composition and acid-base balance in patients with laryngeal and tracheal stenosis determines severity of respiratory insufficiency and metabolic disturbances. Parameters of gas composition and acid-base balance of arterial and venous blood are not similar in different etiological groups. The studies revealed pathognomonic signs of laryngeal and cervical trachea stenosis of different etiology. |
