Popis:	An autoantibody against a 58 kD protein on granulocytes, activated NK cells and a subpopulation of B cells was detected in a patient with neutropenia and NK cell deficiency. The patient suffered from recurrent mucocutaneous candidosis and pharyngitis. After 18 months, a spontaneous remission of neutropenia and NK cell deficiency was observed, the autoantibody disappeared from the serum.
