| Popis: | We report a 37-year woman with a history of acute cholangitis in whom a bronchogenic cyst was misdiagnosed as a pancreatic neoplasm on the basis of the clinical and radiological findings. Infradiaphragmatic bronchogenic cysts are rare and can sometimes mimic a pancreatic carcinoma. |
