Spirometry plays an important role in functional investigations. The advantages and shortcomings of various devices recording external respiration parameters are analyzed. The spirotachoanalyzer "Elf-Laspec-01" designed in Novosibirsk is furnished with an original thermoanemometer gauge warranting high accuracy of measurements. The spirotachoanalyzer is available as an expansion card for IBM or compatible computers. Adequate software extends functional capacities. The built-in database enables comparative analysis, fast search for the patient's record, etc. |
