Popis:	Dealing with neurological patients' sexual problems is a task which nurses can not forget and treat lightly or not at all. After a brief resume of the biological and physical factors involved in controlling the nervous system in regards to sexuality, as well as recent epidemiological studies about sexual disfunction in the neurological patient, we propose a model for nurses to follow. The objectives of this model are to serve as a nursing guide and to stimulate future research on the nurse's role in sexuality.
