Popis:	We have described an assay that monitors the activating effects of a variety of chemokines on leukocyte subsets in human whole blood. This procedure has the following advantages: (1) minimal manipulation of the cells, (2) maintenance of more physiological conditions, and (3) simultaneous monitoring of the responses of monocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils.
