The duodenogastric reflux was examined in 457 asymptomatic probands and patients with different diseases and postoperative conditions by means of the hepatobiliary functional scintigraphy. - The biliary reflux most frequently occurred in patients who had a gastric operation, in patients with gastroduodenal ulcers as well as with functionally conditioned biliary dyskinesia after cholecystectomy. - Aspects of a drug therapy were discussed for cases in which the duodenogastric reflux could be a facultative pathogenetic factor. |
