Popis:	Differential diagnostics of papillospasm and papillostenosis should be based on the complex of clinical and instrumental researches with the priority to endoscopic technologies. Conservative therapy should be considered as optimal option of treatment for the patients with papillospasm. Preference of endoscopic operations have to be in case of revealed papillostenosis of different degree. Similar differentiated diagnostics and treatment management justified in 90% of cases and led to improvement of patient’s conditions and their recovery.
