Popis: Most dance injuries are of the overuse variety. Their gradual onset, coupled with the intense competition for professional positions, often results in injuries being ignored and thus seen late in their course. While treatment of the specific injury is of paramount concern, maintenance of the extremes of flexibility, strength, and conditioning necessary to dance professionally is an equally important treatment element.
