| Popis: | A child sustained an isolated traumatic dislocation of the radial head unassociated with fracture of the forearm bones. Although the patient was treated at the time of injury, the dislocation was not diagnosed until 15 days later. The dislocation required open reduction, repair of the annular ligament, and temporary transcapitellar Kirschner wire fixation. |
