Popis:	Disability due to the loss of hearing is one of the main challenges to public health services and social protection of the population. The results of analysis performed by the author indicate the necessity of the comprehensive approach to the solution of disability problems for all social groups of the population. Special attention should be paid to the subpopulation of the able-bodied subjects with hearing disorders who need special medical and social rehabilitative measures to be developed and applied.
