Popis:	Two cases of massive pulmonary embolism, with elevation of the ST segment in the right precordial leads, are reported. In the presence of this electrocardiographic sign, simulating acute coronary insufficiency involving right ventricle, the diagnosis of acute cor pulmonale should be suspected.
