Popis:	A 66 year-old man presented drug-refractory, repetitive ventricular tachyarrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction. Despite successful revascularization, the patient suffered recurrent episodes of rapid ventricular tachycardia which could only be managed by radiofrequency ablation.
