Popis: | Determining the placement of dental implants can be greatly improved through the use of medical CT or dental cone beam computed tomography. As the use of CBCT technology has become more accessible, 3-D treatment programs have evolved considerably. Two cases will be reviewed to illustrate how model-based CBCT treatment planning and 3-D multiplane treatment programs can assist with the pretreatment evaluation and decision-making process for the complex placement of implants. |
