Popis:	On the basis of investigations of thrombocyte aggregation in 126 patients with acute pancreatitis it was shown that independent of the severity of the pancreatitis the aggregation function of thrombocytes decreased. The effective treatment resulted in its normalization not earlier than within 15 days.
