Cancer, one of the major public health problems in the world, threatens human health seriously, and the burden of disease is heavy. Disability adjusted life years (DALYs) have been increasingly used to estimate the burden of disease worldwide. Disability weights is a key ingredient for estimating DALYs, and its value directly affects the calculation of disease burden. In this review, we summarize the research methods, key issues, and progress on disability weights for cancer both domestic and abroad, in order to provide valuable information for the estimation of cancer disability weights in China.恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康的主要公共卫生问题之一，疾病负担沉重。伤残调整寿命年(DALYs)是评价疾病负担应用最为广泛的指标之一，伤残权重是计算DALYs必不可少的参数，伤残权重值直接影响疾病负担测算的结果。文章就国内外恶性肿瘤伤残权重的评估方法、存在问题及研究进展进行梳理汇总，以期为中国人群中恶性肿瘤伤残权重的估计提供参考依据。. |
