Popis:	A study of patients with pulmonary hypertension caused by chronic inflammatory pulmonary diseases revealed that ibuprofen may induce an elevation of the pressure in the lesser circulation that is most probably connected with inhibition of synthesis of prostacyclin and prostaglandins of type E.
